We have made thorough preparations for this exhibition. Among them, the Vertical Machining Center V1270, an efficient and precision machining equipment independently developed by our company, has become a highlight model at the exhibition. This equipment adopts an integrated bed structure made of high-quality Meehanite cast iron. Through material properties and structural optimization, it achieves excellent vibration absorption and rigidity, effectively ensuring long-term machining precision stability. It is equipped with a pre-tensioned design for three-axis precision ball screws to eliminate thermal deformation errors of the screws. Also on display are other best-selling models, including the Flat bed CNC turning-milling lathe with Y axis PM4532; Slant bed CNC Turning-Milling lathe with power turret MDY0842; and Servo Turret Lathe MJ0850:
Flat bed CNC turning-milling lathe with Y axis PM4532: It adopts a 4+4-axis configuration with a lifting power head, enabling multi-tasking machining such as turning, milling, drilling, and tapping of parts. It is especially suitable for the production of small-batch and multi-variety precision parts.
Slant bed CNC Turning-Milling lathe with power turret MDY0842: Equipped with a direct-drive spindle unit with a maximum speed of 5,000 rpm, it is combined with heavy-duty roller linear guides to achieve a perfect balance between high-rigidity cutting and high-speed feed.
Servo Turret Lathe MJ0850: Equipped with a 12-station high-rigidity servo turret, it supports fast tool changing and efficient cutting. Suitable for batch machining of small and medium-diameter shaft parts and disk parts, it has a significant cost-performance advantage.
